I serve as Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Projects for the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity (OMA&D) at the University of Washington. In this role, I help drive campus-wide diversity and inclusion efforts including the UW's tri-campus Race & Equity Initiative and campus climate assessment. Immediately prior to this role I served as OMA&D's staff diversity specialist and was responsible for managing faculty/staff employee resource groups; partnering with UW Human Resources and hiring managers on diversity outreach; and writing the UW's first Staff Diversity Hiring Toolkit. I thoroughly enjoy serving as Vice President for the Greater Seattle Chapter of The Links and hope that I can serve as a resource for members and contribute to our spirited organization in friendship and service.
