Founder & Owner, Tastes on the Fly
Carmen learned the ins and outs of the restaurant business as the owner of three McDonald's Restaurants. As one of McDonald's youngest African American owner/operators, she has earned several restaurant awards. Along with 3 other restaurant entrepreneurs, Tastes on the Fly started in 1999, bringing airport travelers a high quality taste of place. Tastes on the Fly has earned the industry's top accolades for its singular focus. Her commitment to giving back is evidenced by her work with The Greater Seattle Chapter of the Links, First Place School and other community based organizations.
